Milotic and Lapris

Love to see a Lapras build! Though, I'm a little confused by parts of this. Maybe I'm missing something, but my suggestions (if you want them) would be:

- Swap 4 Lady for 4 Crispin. Crispin lets you use Lapras' second attack a turn sooner.
- Add a Sparkling Crystal (ace spec). Attach it to Lapras and play Crispin to potentially use the second attack turn 1 (going second).
- With cards like Crispin and Sparkling Crystal, you don't *really* need Terapagos. I'd cut back to 1, as it's searchable off Nest Ball, and Nest Ball is searchable off Arven and Irida.
- Run some combination of Arven and Irida. Like, probably 3 Arven + 2 Irida.
- Run Switch over Switch Cart, since you want to retreat Milotic too. Also, maybe sub in 1 Rescue Board, which frees up the item search from Arven. With searchers like Arven and Irida, you could probably cut 1 or 2 Switch too.
- Without Ultra Ball, etc, I'm not sure you'll get a lot of value out of Mew. Why not run Radiant Greninja? It's less of a prize liability and will be more consistent.
- I don't know what Superior Energy Retrieval is really doing. I would run a Super Rod and maybe a regular Energy Retrieval.
- Similarly, why run so many Earthen Vessel? Your game plan is to play energy from your deck. I'd run 1.
- I'd throw in a Night Stretcher. It's just a good card tbh -- it lets you get by with fewer copies of Pokémon, and is very flexible.
- With Arven + Irida + Nest Ball + Night Stretcher, 3 Lapras seems like plenty. You could maybe sub a Hisuian Heavy Ball if you're worried about prizing them.
- You might be able to squeeze in a Gastrodon (just run 1 Shellos, 1 Gastrodon) to stop stage 2 abilities like Charizard EX, Pidgeot EX, Dusknoir, Gardevoir EX, Archeops, etc.? You could maybe run a Gravity Mountain too, so Milotic 2 shots Charizard and Lapras needs 8 energy instead of 9, but eh.
- You could run Powerglass to passively recover energy and power up Lapras, or maybe Exp. Share to put on a benched Lapras.
- Bravery Charm could make Lapras harder to one shot, but it's probably not enough to bother with.

I guess the thought with the Superior Energy retrieval was probably that the deck kinda crumples if your energy gets discarded (e.g. by killing your Lapras after your big search), but...I don't think it fixes that problem. I think you just kind of have to accept that if you're running Lapras as an attacker. Lapras is probably best used to set up some other Pokémon, but Milotic and Mew aren't big payoffs.

curiously asking bc idk the difference (I started playing over this summer), why run switch over switch cart? same purpose but isn't switch cart a powercreep switch with the additional bonus of +30 hp to whoever is getting switched out? 

I understand the rest i've been messing around with the deck and its been a lil rough and i can see the impact they can have bc by the time i've gotten the lapris set up and ready its like -100 hp which sucks so speeding it up would be better.
