the deck will focus on Glimmora poison and shattering crystal while spreading damage with Starmie since both strategies involves reccuring the discard pile;

using Revavroom in place of Bibarel;

using Glimmora-ex and the Surging Sparks' Glimmora as utility;

TM: Evolution is useful when Glimmora already applyed the poison so you can evolve staryus, glimmets or varoom to draw;

put glimmora as active and have another glimmora on bench ready to switch, so that the opponent always

I usually leave the remaining bench slots for skwovet and revavroom since I get revavroom as soon as possible to have a draw engine and skwovet helps to put back cards that I will not use, but each match is a case.
