Looks like a very fun deck to play to me.
The forest seal stone has no effect here since you have no V pokemon. maybe replace it with stuff like night stretcher, Superrod. since you have no energy/pokemon recovery.
I can also say that Ciphermaniac's code breaking is a very fun combi with metal maker. But since you don't really have a way to get the card in your hand and the deck is already pretty full maybe that isn't a great idea here
