Golisopod swings for 170 then, at the cost of discarding one energy from it, runs to the bench while you put either klefki, mimikyu, or a fossil in the active to slow your opponent down. In order to meet this energy cost, you can use Baxcaliber, and energy retrieval instead of superior energy retrieval since you're not discarding that much energy.

 

However, this deck falls apart when your opponent plays Boss's Orders, and your damage output won't win any awards. As funny as Golisopod ex is,

Why fossils? Def add fighting type ogerpon. Probably there are some expanded stall pkmn but idk any. max ultra ball, Max trainers mail. Could use a dedenne gx or crobat v. Why 0 gust? Def 2 guzma. Def some double colorless energy. To attack in 2 turns. Add a ace spec, VS seeker, and a rescue stretcher.

 

Right now it's looking more like a standard deck with only a few mediocre expanded cards.
