I feel like Golurk doesn't get enough love, and I wanted to see if I can try something new with it. So seeing how so many decks use EX stage 2 Pokemon, this deck uses Rewind Beam to devolve to the previous stage (most likely knocking it out). And with Lost City in play, your oponent will take the highest evolution but the previous evolution will now be in the lost zone. This will slow your opponent down to the point they have no way of evolving into what they have in their hand.
