In most situations I can get a Raikou out with 4-5 on the bench turn 1, preferably choosing to go 2nd since I can attack immediately. Priority is get Miraidon out to pull others; Raikou, 2 Mareep, Boltund save space for Greninja. Raikou can put pressure on quickly, once you get enough energy for Boltund to outperform Raikou they're not needed. Also capable of deploying Raichu, add energy for attack and is capable of OHKO anything. I've found this deck surprisingly effective.
