My suggestions:

1. Drop the regular Tinkatons and replace them with Gardevoir. They take the same amount of effort to get to fully evolve and you don't have to discard anything once Gardevoir is in full swing.

2. I like to stick with four Ralts that have the Memory Skip. It has saved me numerous times when someone has orchestrated their playbook around one attack on one card.

3. Consider splitting the difference between For Crystals and Level Balls. Your Basic and Stage 1 for Tink and Gard can be pulled with level balls, making them a bit more versatile early in the game.

4. SInce you're using Gallade, consider dropping the count of the number of Support cards you have and adding in a few Pal Pads. Once you have a few Pal Pads, you pretty much have access to any Support card in your deck at least twice.

5. Consider some Jet Energy so you can more easily maneuver - they can be used as an impromptu Switch, which is nice. It really helps when Tink gets put to sleep, confused, or poisoned.
