I like the Deck idea, but I question running Kirlia (Silver Tempest) with Bibarel (Brilliant Stars) feels like a Skwovet (Paldean Fates) and Jirachi (Paradox Rift) could be a decent replacement for kirlia and ralts considering lost box is still around and your hand size can fluctuate quite a bit with the energies you grab and discard etc.
Hey man, made an account just to comment this. I went at this with the perspective of making a deck that is primarily Ho-Oh and after playing your deck i'm not sure discarding the energy with attacks instead of card effects is ever gonna be viable since you can't do that and put Ho-Oh on the bench in the same turn. That being said, i found that Wugtrio Ex does the same thing but better even tho it's also a lvl 1 and worth two price cards. Maybe it's cuz it deletes that Lugia deck that everybody is playing and annoys me to no end. Cool idea tho.
