Do you have a plan to stall your opponent to prevent them from KOing your Unown VSTAR the following turn after Star Cipher? I love Unown VSTAR, but it just doesn't seem to be able to stay safe. Leafy Camo Poncho seems like a good idea to keep Unown VSTAR safe from Boss, and Manaphy can help stop snipes. Going first is probably best to get Star Cipher ASAP, but without Battle VIP Pass, you'll have a rough start. More commitment on the Supereffective Glasses and Arven, with Leafy Camo Poncho and Battle VIP Pass makes the deck click. The main issue though is that Unown has a hard time getting to the bench in time. It also dies to Cross Switcher and Counter Catcher. This is the main reason it's rarely played competitively. I love the idea, but you need to commit on the Supereffective Glasses and Arven, and find a way to keep Unown VSTAR safe, be it another threat, or through trainers.

This isn't at all intended to be competitive. How would you suggest I stall after Star Cipher? Which cards should I add and which cards should I take out?

There isn't a good way to stall in Standard. That's why it doesn't see play. It's a fun deck though. In expanded, you could go second, Wally, and Triple Acceleration Energy for Star Cipher, but not even that is fast enough for most  expanded decks. I'm sorry for pointing out weaknesses in a deck that has trouble covering them.
If you can disrupt your opponent and slow them down for a turn with cards like Judge, Grabber, and cards with locking abilities, you could potentially pull it off, but the setup required would be astronomical. You could also use Path to stall, and then get rid of it next turn. There's no easy solution, which is why Unown VSTAR hasn't seen widespread success.
