I have updated the deck so that it is even more potent. Gotta love mills!
Toed doesn't stop Rod. Rod shuffles cards into the deck, whereas Toedscruel stops cards that bring back Pokemon and Energies and put them into their hand.
Why am I even talking, Toedscruel and literally Super Rod rotated, and there's like an 80 percent chance no one will see this comment. xD
