Not Standard-legal... either edit the deck to make the deck expanded format or change the cards to make the deck standard-legal. And regardless of format, Doctor should never be used. And why the Gardevoir VMAX??? Also, too many copies of Cursola line, maybe 2-2 with an Inteleon engine could work. Overall, it's terrible. Sorry if I sound harsh, but I needed to tell you.
