Why so many pokemon and why use so many that prevent damage? You could probably cut down the pokemon and add some more consistency. Get rid of the singles (e.g. milotic). Also you don't need pidgeot. Might want to add another greninja and 2 more froakie and maybe 2 frogadier like a charizard deck.
