Deck looks great but I would recommend using lumineon V as a 1 of and replacing a super rod or a frogadier for it just to get your supporters early game and use a card like turo and it works

remove the Baxcalibur (Paldean Fates) and Frigibax (Paldean Fates) and add a couple of Double Turbo Energy (Astral Radiance) and try to find a way to add more search i play greninja irl and having little search cards makes the deck slower thus letting your opp have a better chance of winning so maybe take out a Boss's Orders (Lost Origin Trainer Gallery) and a Counter Catcher (Paradox Rift) and add 2 ultra balls, having two Forest Seal Stone (Silver Tempest) is fine but if you get both then one will sit in your hand and do nothing so ultra ball can make use of the extra. Pokemon is a game for fun so do as you please.
you also can cut 2 Super Rod (Paldea Evolved) because it slows your deck as well, but it's up to you.
