Ive run a similar deck thats done really well and if you have them you would be better off with 2 or 3x Origin Forme Palkia V (Astral Radiance) , and 2x Origin Forme Palkia VSTAR (Astral Radiance) . Sometimes palkia can get knocked out before you have 3 energy in youre discard pile or have your backup attackers ready, which either makes you lose out on the VSTAR ability, or have to settle using it for less energy for it. having a backup to use it at the right time is critical. More basic V also means being able to pull a 2nd stadium more easily if needed.

Easiest ones to drop are the Greninja ex (Scarlet & Violet Promos)  since the 2nd palkia will do similar damage, similar HP, and is easier to evolve. From there either add a second Greninja ex (Twilight Masquerade)  . Adjust youre Froakie and Frogadier as needed (1 froakie per greninja and probably just 1 frogadier total). an alternative to a 2nd greninja is Wellspring Mask Ogerpon ex (Twilight Masquerade)  , as it has lower HP but is a Basic so it makes for a good surprise closer. It has a similar attack  to greninja but the energy goes back into the deck instead of being discarded ( good or bad depending on what items you have).

A few other nitpicky things:

-Ditch Nemona for just about *ANY* other supporter that lets you draw (Iono, Candice (Silver Tempest) , Drayton (Surging Sparks) , Professor's Research (Paldean Fates) , Cynthia (Ultra Prism)  etc). There are just so many better options for your once per turn play.

-ditch at least one Superior energy recovery. The regular is good enough and doesnt require the discard. plus odds are you arent ever gonna be able to use all 4 energy before your hand gets messed up, or you can just get more energy through another method, like palkia who lets you immediately attach energy.

- forget the special energy as its a gamble to get one since most card effects cant pull them out. just use a switch instead of jett energy. You can also probably cut 2 or 3 of the basic energy as well (personally I only ran 7 total) to free up room for any other useful trainers. Palkia, energy retreival and super rod will let you reuse a lot of them.

Bidoof (Crown Zenith) and Bibarel (Brilliant Stars) (2 of each) instead of Quaquavel line. Its easier to evolve, doesnt require a card to be put into the bottom of the deck, *but* since theyre not water type you cant use irida to grab them, though theres plenty of other items to do it.

Some other cards to look into fitting in where every you can with the opened up slots:

Capacious Bucket (Rebel Clash) replace/ add to Earthen Vessel

Candice (Silver Tempest)

Evolution Incense (Sword & Shield)

What the other guy said, but consider running a Hawlucha SVI for a backup damage support on that Water Greninja ex

Pendragon9 Hey, thanks for the help, I've tried with different combinations, and this is what generally worked better: Added 2x Bidoof (Crown Zenith)/Bibarel (Brilliant Stars) and 1x Manaphy (Brilliant Stars). Removed the Greninja ex (Scarlet & Violet Black Star Promos) and kept the 2x Greninja ex (Twilight Masquerade). Removed all Nemona, Superior Energy Recovery and Special Energy cards. And also switched to 9x Energy and 2x Origin Forme Palkia V (Astral Radiance)/ Origin Forme Palkia VSTAR (Astral Radiance).

I'm just still not sure which other trainer cards to keep or replace
