This deck runs way too many Pokémon. I'd suggest removing Articuno, Blastoise line, Glaceon ex, Lapras ex, the Eevee's, Gyarados Line, Crispin, all the wack energies, great balls, and the snowy mountains. I'd recommend making the water enegeries go to 9, 3-4 rare candies, 4 Arvens, 2 Boss's Orders, add in a Budew to item-lock your opponent, add in 3-4 Ultra Ball's make it 2-3 Nest Balls, add in a Fezandipiti ex for draw support, and to use the Tera Greninja ex as well. The deck would be a lot better with these changes. Additionally, I'd suggest to look at other decks for inspiration to see what you can improve.
