honestly just dump Jirachi, for literally anything else. It only prevent damage *counters* (not regular damage), that come from *attacks* (not abilities) that are on *basic* pokemon.

 

There are almost no cards blocked by this, let alone ones that are commonly used or even particularly dangerous. You're still susceptible to Dragapult, Dusk Noir, Frosslass, munkidori, etc. as they all get around at least one of the conditions listed. Jirachi was only ever commonly used to counter Sableye, which is barely ever seen anymore.
