Deck Primer

Just trying some things to make Lugia more fit for the current meta.

Primarily trying to see if the earthen vessel package and a few other changes can support Radiant Greninja. Greninja in theory adds a few things to the deck. It adds additional draw power. It could do some cool plays and bench pressure. If they bench a Manaphy, that takes up one of their bench spaces so it isn't really a loss. Plus, you have Boss's Orders if you have to go for a play like that.

Still, I don't know exactly how easy Moonlight Shuriken is in this deck. Even without that, the Water Energies let you attack with Luminion. 

Anyway, this deck is a test to see if Radiant Greninja can fit in Vessel Lugia.

Teching for matchups:
Dunsparce is to help with the Miraidon players and Iron Hands. Manaphy is for Scream-tail and Eiscue. Drapion V is for the Mew Machups but can help against Gardevoir EX too.
