Doesn't Galarian Zapdos V still require a fighting energy?
This doesn't work. The Earthen Seal Stone says the pokemon it's attached to can /use/ the attack, but Galarian Zapdos V says "This Pokemon's attacks..." Star Gravity is not one of Zapdos's attacks.

I believe it does work, from some ruling I've seen. Great idea. I'm working myself on another version with frosmoth for acceleration
