I can understand making a deck around a favorite character, but 31 energies is way too much. It'll be hard to draw the cards you need. You can definitely afford to remove 11 Water energies and all 5 special energies, to add another Frosmoth and Snom, toss in 4 Battle VIP pass, 4 nest ball and add in 4 Ultra Ball before topping it off with 4 Professor's Research. This'll help you get your attackers up and running much quicker while not sacrificing any themed cards.
