Deck Primer

Use Baxcalibar to fuel Gyarados's Tyrannical Tail attack. It is just like a Chien-Pao deck except with Gyarados instead. Also, use Rocky Helmet and Starmie to keep damage on the opponent's active Pokemon so that Gyarados can consecutively hit 360 damage per turn.
