ImpDredd i made a list similar to yours but made some modifications. Try cursed shovel for even MORE milling. Feel free to check out the list I posted for ideas. Nice job on deck of the week! Very impressive.

You could always play Mesagoza (Scarlet & Violet) if you felt like flipping for the win! 😂

Octowen  MAYBE TRUE but you may not need to search for your Pokemon at all with a good first hand and it may be useless all game.

Internationalmaster  right?! LOL, I started playing 2 weeks ago on live. Found the site and got addicted to deck building. Im a seasoned Yugioh/Magic player by the way so not a new TCG player. 

ImpDredd its a shame yugioh doest have as much competive play anymore. i have been playing mtg for about 6-8 years give or take but the amount of money and the length of games is too much.

ImpDredd has some really unique but not bad (except maybe this one 😉) decks, and that really draws people's attention. Also ImpDredd is probably just an awesome person all around, soo...

I would do this:

-2 Miltank (Can wall yes, but most decks have easy ways around this. Also you should be trying to mill every turn so this shouldnt be in the active ever)

-2 Zorua (FST) [Replace with EVO Zorua for 70 HP making it slightly harder to KO)

+4 Zorua (EVO) [Better HP than FST]

+2 Zoroark (EZO) [Enables you to have more chances to Mill)

+1 Manaphy (BST) [Blocks spread]

Net +3 Pokemon

-3 Path to the Peak (With Mill you dont really care about your opponent having a stadium in play except maybe a Lost City)

-2 Blanche (Weak draw card combined with an energy acceleration effect that isnt needed)

-4 Nemona (Weak draw card)

-1 Battle VIP Pass (Maybe can keep but with 4 Nest Balls and Ultra Balls this is moot. Also Karp's first attack can just grab you 3 more Karps)

-2 Candice (Not needed for a mill deck)

-1 Jacq (Better search cards out there that are not a supporter)

-1 Irida (This is a maybe keep)

-1 Switch (I'd replace with escape rope)

+2 Miss Fortune Sisters (Hurts Lost Box and Mew)

+4 Ultra Ball (Searchs for anything)

+4 PokeGear 3.0 (Digs for supporters)

+2 Bruno or Cynthia's Ambition (Better recovery)

+2 Energy Retrievel (In case energy is needed)

+2 Rescue Carrier (Recovers your basics)

+1 Escape Rope 

Net +4 Trainers

I made a version of this, it works really well. I play chandelure to keep milling constantly, and then gyarados can come in and potentially finish up. It takes a lot of the luck out but still leaves room for coin flips and it wins
