This was based on similar Standard decks back from when the main 'mons were legal. This is an extreme glass cannon. It focuses on using Gyarados V's "Get Angry" attack through Gyarados VMAX thanks to Memory Capsule and/or Shrine of Memories. The more damage Gyarados VMAX takes, the more damage it can dish out. However, that brings it that much closer to being taken out. At most, it can deal 640 damage in one hit. However, that'll leave it with just 10 HP remaining.

Is this good? Worth building? Worth even looking at? Probably not. Gyarados is just my favorite Pokemon. Well... Walking Wake may overtake or tie with it, but there aren't any Walking Wake cards I like.
