I think Spinda from Silver Tempest would be better than Yanma because it's attack also confuses your opponents active Pokémon
I did have spinda in the early deck trials but found that the retreat cost sometimes got in the way for a quick switch. I do like spinda also for the confuse. If you can manage the retreat cost then by all means play it.
