Gyaradose EX - Water Deck

I wanted to create a Watar deck using my fave water type Gyarados.
This is very on water Theam, which I love and on a personal note the deck has some off my all time fav pokemon, so its going to be fun to play win or lose.

The strat behind the deck is to set up Gyarados to do his big hits.
Baxcaibur ability to spam energy cards is key.

Lapras (Hail), Radiant Blastoise, Starmie / Staryu will spam damage.
Manaphy is a nice support.

Snow Mt, will be good for spreading damage / Can sub for Gapejaw

Boss's order will be good for surprise attacks when Gyarados is ready.
Candance, Lady and Irina will get cards into hand fast.  (items Water type and Energy)
Miriam will be used to get Starmie back ito my hand.

Rare Candy for Baxcalibur, Switch, Ultra Ball and Energy Retrieval for support.

Ideal set up would be.
Mamphy, Blastoise, Baxcalibur on the bench with a Fully powered Gyaradose in attack.
Useing Starmie to put damage when required, with Lapras already done some early damage spreading.

Looking for feedback and thoughts on a way to improve, im very new to making decks.
Do I have enough energy, and suport cards? Or to many?
