This is a meme deck not originally made by me, but I tried to improve upon it without changing the overall theme if the deck. The strategy here is to use Gyarados EX and Blunder Policy to get energies to scoop, and draw 3 cards at the end, fueling Unown. The changes that I made here involve Milotic to protect your hand, Energy Reset instead of Super Scoop Up so you can get the energies without the need of a coin flip, and Lysandre's Trump
