2 Things: 1. I'm not sure you understand what a mill deck is. It's a deck that discards your opponent's deck, not yours. Second, you actually can't play 6 professor's research in the deck. Even though they have different names, they have the same effect, meaning you can't. Otherwise, the deck looks good! Maybe remove Poke Ball for some Quick Ball, since Quick Ball can discard Pokemon and search for a basic at the same time. Half of the time, Poke Ball doesn't work. Also cut some energies. Hatterene only needs 1 energy to attack, meaning 16 is a bit too much. Maybe 8? Also, remove 1 or 2 hattrem and add 4 Rare Candy, which can evolve into hatterene faster. Also maybe add another Corsola and hatterene, since you'll be able to find them more often and attack with them more often the more you play. '
