Heckin' 80 Chonker

This Base-Neo deck focuses on doing 80damage starting turn 2 or 3 with Piloswine or Chansey and keep your opponent on their back foot and be unable to set up threats in time as you one-shot most of their Pokemon.

Lots of healing/damage mitigation in this deck with Healing Field, Gold Berries, Defenders, Special Metal Energies, Nap on Piloswine and Soft Boiled Pokemon Power from Blissey.

Hyper Devolution Spray allows you to re-double edge once a lot of damage is healed with the playing of Blissey.

Defenders

Defenders are key for Chansey and Piloswine as it reduces the self-damage by 20 as well from Double Edge and High Speed Charge.

The Metal Energy reduces self-damage by -20 since neither Piloswine nor Chansey are Steel, so the damage they deal (even to themselves) is subtracted by 10, and having a Metal Energy also reduces all damage by 10. Instead of Double Edge dealing 80 it would do 60, and High Speed Charge would do -10 instead of -30, all for just a -10 to damage output.

Adding a second Special Metal energy on Piloswine is where the huge value comes in:
If you have 2 Special Metals and and are healing 30 on an off turn, that's -50dmg every other turn (-20dmg from any opponent's Pokemon attack during their turn) which might not seem like a massive amount, but not too many Pokemon in the Base-Neo format deal 50+ damage per turn anyway, and having 2 Special Metals also completely eliminates the self-damage from High Speed Charge entirely.
With those 2 Special Metal attached, High Speed Charge is only dealing 60dmg out which on average per every other turn is only 30dmg out, but it's in 60dmg bursts, and in between those turns, you're "healing" for 50, making him incredibly tanky.

Unown [N] also reduces the damage Chansey takes from Double Edge by -30, and also shield any other of your own Pokemon from your opponent's Colorless attacks by a flat 30 as well.
