Hopefully you're ready to come dangerously close to decking yourself out, because the name of the game is drawing as many cards as possible. Use Kirlia, single prize Tinkaton, and a horde of trainer cards to bulk up your hand, then play Milotic to save yourself from Judge (Fusion Strike) and Iono (Paldea Evolved)  After that, use Tinkaton ex's Big Hammer attack to deal extra damage for every card you're holding.

Going second may help you get a good setup, that way you can use supporters to find more copies of Battle VIP pass, and the evolutions of your basic pokemon. Then, you can setup your draw engine pokemon and attach DTE to Tinkaton to score a good KO. This is absolutely not a meta deck, but if you setup well you should be able to stand up to some of this format's stronger decks. Feedback is welcome if you have any.
