4 energy for 100 damage isnt remotely worth it.

It is for each type of basic energy. So at most you'll be doing 130 damage, for 4 energy. Pretty terrible. Ho-Oh is meant to be run with several types of basic energy.

If that's the case, why even bother with Ho-Oh? It hurts your prize trade an expensive, gustable two prizer with low HP. You would rather just use Klara to recycle the Zapdos.
