Set up as many zoroarks as possible. You don't even need to attach energy and you can use doom curse to continuously knockout your opponents Pokémon. Spidops is there to lock your opponent in the active spot, (do not use him as an attacker)This deck also uses the Bibarel Skwovet engine and manaphy for bench protection as well.

This deck seems like it would only be really effective against decks that have a lot of four retreat cost Pokemon, as you don't have a way to trap them in the active and secure the KO. Unfortunately Hisuian Zoroark doesn't have very many good options in standard at the moment, so I'm not sure what else you can really do here.
