Hisuan Zoroark VStar does more damage for the amount of Pokemon on your bench that have damage counters on them. 
Five benched Pokemon + Zoroark in the active? Boom! 300 damage. Add in Choice Belt or Cleansing Gloves and you're knocking out Mew VMAX, Gardevoir ex, and more!
You can also use Gengar as a backup Pokemon in the late game. If it's knocked out, it's able to come back from the grave with the "Netherworld Gate" ability.
Radiant Alakazam can also help setup those KOs on your opponents

This is a very fast deck and wants to get setup quickly. 
Get Pokemon in play and make sure they're damaged either by having Gapejaw Bog up, or by moving damage counters around with Damage Pump after Gengar comes to the field.
You're already cycling through a lot of cards to find what pieces you need, so H. Zoroark VStar's ability helps out with that as well.
I've included 1 copy of Skwovet to help move cards I don't need at the time to the bottom of my deck, then I'm able to draw up to 5 more if there is a Bibarel on the field.
Squawkabilly has helped thin the deck on my turn 1 as well to get many pieces I need either into the graveyard, or in my hand.
