Stage Ho-Oh V on your first turn! Ho-oh is a powerful attacker. You can easily get to 250 damage on your second turn. The power in this deck is the quick setup.

Step 1: Always try to go first.

Step 2: These things need to happen during your first turn in any order that works. You need to get 4 different energies into the discard pile, and you need to get Ho-Oh V in the discard pile.

This can be done with Carmine, Squawkabily's ability Squawk and Sieze, and Ultra Balls / Earthen Vessels. Then end your turn on Ho-oh's ability Reviving Flame.

On your second turn you put Ho-Oh V in the active, add one more different energy, and add either Hero's Cape or Bravery Charm, and your Ho-Oh is set to be very formidable with either 280 or 330 HP and doing 225 - 250 damage.

Each turn you still have your Ho-Oh V in the active packing punches, you can add one more energy and 25 more damage.

If you Ho-Oh V gets enough damage to where it will get knocked out on your opponent's next turn, play Professor Turo's Scenario to put Ho-Oh V and any attached items/energies into your hand, put Diancie or Mimikyu into the active spot, and then use Kirlia's ability Refinement or an item to get Ho-Oh V into discard, then end your turn on Reviving Flame and you're ready to keep attacking next turn.

Draw engines are Kirlia and Radiant Greninja. They also help put energies and Ho-Oh V into the discard pile.

I've won a five matches in TCG Live ranked ladder with this deck so far.
