Looks cool, not a fan of the Entei though. I assume its to get around Miltank?
You should just use Moltres (Brilliant Stars) as it hits the perfect 110 number and has perfect synergy with Basin.
Edit: Idk why I thought Moltres hits 110. it still hits 90. Regardless, its a better option than Entei as it only needs one attachment from Basin to hit the same number. Much more efficent card. Hope it helps!
