It's difficult to judge this from the perspective of the unlimited format, since 99% of decks there just win on the first turn instantly anyways, leaving no room for combos like this. However, for the sake of this deck, I'll pretend that Magneton and Electrode are the only Unlimited cards available (and Professor Oak's New Theory is identical to Cynthia).
The idea itself seems pretty sound, but there are a lot more Expanded cards that you can take advantage of. The first of which being VS Seeker, which can allow you to cut down on extra copies of your supporters and make room for extra tech. Lana's Aid can make up for Max Rod, and your ACE SPEC of choice can be fulfilled by something more overall useful like Computer Search, Life Dew, or Hyper Aroma. You're better off using Guzma over Boss because of the effects it can get you out of, Float Stone or Latias ex is better than Fairy Garden for pivoting, and the stadium can be replaced by the likes of Silent Lab to turn off Bench protection abilities that can thwart your sniping attempts. I hope these help!

I tweaked the list a little bit. Do you think this wil be more consistent?
