2024-2025 Rotation (F-H)

Made for a format where V and ex Battle Decks are upgraded and played against each other with the cover card (or its evolution) being the main attacker. Decks are made using one of the rotations the featured card was in.  Houndoom ex became way more viable thanks to Shrouded Fable, allowing its Hound's Fang attack to hit for 310 with the help of Poison (10), Radiant Sneasler (20), Perilous Jungle (20) and Binding Mocchi (40). Sadly its 20 short of being able to OHKO anything in the format and Houndoom will be left with 230 HP after recoil and poison, then will take another 10 before you can attack again making a revenge KO likely if you can't OHKO. It's first attack Evil Claw will ontinue to get better as more basic ex Battle Decks come out.
