For a deck like this, this is the perfect opportunity to use the Koffing and Weezing cards with the Blow Away Bomb ability. It synergizes with Roxie, and your goal of discarding psychic Pokemon. I'd also run Rescue Carrier or Dragonite EX to recycle Unowns for more card draw, if you need it.
