Nice deck NeonPeace you just earned me following you my one suggestion is you switch out the 2 technical machine: evolution for 2 Festival Grounds (Twilight Masquerade)
Cool deck except its not post rotation you need to remove the ultra balls and replace it with a bunch of ultra balls with grey borders
CALCIUM The yellow border cards of Ultra Ball are allowed for Post-Rotation because the rules say it's allowed as long as the card does the same thing as the current one. Another example being Dusk Ball since its rerelease in one of the more recent sets does the same thing as it did when it first released.
Overall, this deck seems pretty good! I'd suggest you use at least 1 Dragon Applin with find my friend as it allows you to search your deck for a Pokémon and add it into your hand so it can search something like a Hydrapple ex or a Lilligant.

NeonPeace I would reccomend adding the dipplin from stellar crown as it counters decks such as tera box and raging bolt. Otherwise great deck though!
