As an fyi, that Applin can't be picked up by bug catching set because it is a dragon type. Just incase you didn't know.
That didn't occur to me. Thanks for letting me know!
Personally, I prefer the dragon Applin. Its version of "Find Friend" allows you to pull any pokemon from your deck, rather than the usual just basic Pokemon.
Granted our decks play different pokemon, but many times I've used mine to pull a Toedscruel to completely shut down a deck farming from their discard, or a Toedscruel Ex that protected my pokemon from taking any damage.
For your deck, pulling a Mimikyu at a clutch moment to wall your opponent, or a Teal Mask to draw extra cards.
