It's still untested and quite unfinished, but the basic idea is to grab as many Hydrapple ex cards and Teal-Mask Ogerpon cards as quickly as possible. Hydrapple is the main attacker and it works as a heal engine, and Ogerpon works as a draw engine and fuel to the syrup storm attack. Dipplin is a backup attacker if absolutely necessary, but you're going to use Hydrapple 99% of the time.
