Deck Primer

Did decently well Pre-Rotation but gets quite a bit better Post-Rotation.

Strategy: In the Early Game, lead with Budew and start item-locking your Opponent and setting up your Deino's and Pidgey's or instead of Budew you can use TM: Evo. Zweilous though probably won't be used much has an attack called Find a Friend which can be quite helpful as you can search for 2 Pokémon and add it into your hand. Now Hydreigon ex's attack you'll be using the most is Obsdian which gets set up quite easily

Zweilous though probably won't be used much has an attack called Find a Friend which can be quite helpful as you can search for 2 Pokémon and add it into your hand. Now Hydreigon ex's attack you'll be using the most is Obsdian which gets set up quite easily due to the ACE SPEC Neo Upper Energy or NUE for short. Though, Crashing Headbutt helps finish off Stage Two's. Pecharunt ex helps as a way to get Hydreigon into the Active to do an attack, Lillie's Clefairy ex helps deal with Dragon Type decks like Bolt and Pult. Additionally, Counter Gain helps make Obsidian quite a bit cheaper if you're behind on Prizes. Pidgeot's Quick Search allows you to find any card from you deck and put it into your hand which is pretty good. Anyways, feel free to make any changes or leave any suggestions!

I was originally going to post this much earlier in the morning, my apologies.

Interesting list, Lillie's Clefairy ex is a nice addition since it helps against dragon decks and Munkidori is also a nice addition as it moves damage off of your Pokémon.
