I love this deck design a lot. Stage 2s are a bit hard to pull off of course, but I like your take on a Swim Freely list that doesn't immediately default to the Dewgong and gives you some interesting options like sniping with the Seadra, attacking kinda big with the Samurott while not losing the energy in the process, and then taking massive OHKOs with Kingdra (or setting up math for a Seadra snipe later).
Have you considered the Empoleon for this list as a tech against other single prize decks? It's probably hard to find space in a Stage 2 deck but a 1-of copy could possibly improve your matchups against faster single prizers like Regis, Clefairy, and SolRock.
