Basically you have a greater than 50% chance of pulling this off, with a 70% chance of leading with Charcadet or Ditto, and then you can find Salvatore using Call Bell which can be found by pokestop or Lumineon V which is searchable with ultra ball or by brilliant blendering it to night stretcher it back into your hand to use it.
