Are you a go big or go home type of person?  Do you like the emotional rollercoaster of inconsistent coin flip decks?  Well, here is the deck you’ve been waiting for.  This deck is based around Hypno’s Pendulum Influence attack.  For just one psychic energy card you can use any of your opponent’s benched Pokémon attacks.  You just have to flip heads of course.  Just think of all the possibilities!  Then get angry about them when you flip tails instead of heads.  The deck uses a couple of different draw engines to keep you in the game.  The main draw engine is Bidoof-Bibarel, your second draw engine is the Xatu-Natu, and your third draw engine is flipping a tails with Blunder policy.  Use your Arven’s to get that Blunder Policy into play along with whatever other item you may need, such as a fog crystal if you have a Natu setup so you can draw some more cards.  Raihan works great in this deck.  All you need is a benched Drowzee.  When you Hypno is knocked out, play Raihan, attach an energy and grab another Hypno.  Super Rod’s will keep those Hypno’s in your deck, Klara can get them right back into your hand.  Old Cemetery gets some additional damage counters on your opponent.  Manaphy is to give you some bench protection if needed.  Or to use as discard fodder with Ultra Ball.  Skwovet is there to help the Bidoof-Bibarel draw engine, or to shuffle your hand in a deck-out situation.  The reversal energies can be helpful in a pinch to use Xatu’s Super Psy Bolt attack or Hypno’s second attack (Psychic Sphere) when you are behind in prize cards.  I suppose it could also be used for Bibarel’s Tail Smash attack for more coin flip action too.
