What's the point of Glimwood Tangle?

That's pretty useless. Coin flip attacks are only worth it for big damage or things like Paralysis. If you're attacking with Sobble, you're doing Keep Calling anyway since you can bench the other Sobble with it.

When you build decks, its important to understand that you want to build around your win conditions. Nobody is going to win a game in this format flipping heads on a Sobble's Double Spin. So there's no point putting in a random card that only serves to help you flip heads on that move.

I would cut the Glimwood and run Path to the Peak instead. Furthermore, Shauna is a rather weak draw supporter. To increase this deck's consistency I would cut the Shauna, and 2 energy. Instead run Radiant Greninja and Professor's Research for more consistency.

So:

-3 Glimwood
-2 Water Energy
-2 Shauna

+1 Radiant Greninja
+3 Professor's Research
+3 Path to the Peak

I can tell you're new to the game, so you might not be comfortable running less energy in your deck. In terms of a POGO Blastoise deck its not that bad to run more energy anyways. But you could def cut some more energy to run a beefier Inteleon line. A 2-1-2 line isn't that good. Drizzile is a good enough card you don't really need to sub it out for Rare Candies, cause it gives you free trainer search. I would consider a 3-3-3 line (2 Shady Dealings and 1 Quick Shooting Inteleon) and also cut the exp shares for Scoop Up Nets. If conserving energy is important to you, you can run Melony or Raihan, or even Nessa.

Remember, you want consistency in achieving your win cons. Sometimes less energy is better for ensuring you aren't bricking.
