Even with Palkia VSTAR and Meloney I feel like 9 energy would be the sweet spot. Just because of Max Lance and Concealed Cards. But 7 might work better, only AzaGimma will know for sure (or anyone who has spare cash floating around and makes an exact duplicate of this lol).
