This deck is surprisingly good. At first glance it looks like Great Value Chien-Pao, but it's a fair bit different in how it plays. You have two options for attacking with Ice Rider V-Max and usually you won't use Max Lance unless it's to guarantee the KO or you have follow up already ready. This deck punishes your opponent for having a large bench, and the stadiums assist in a few meta matchups. This deck punishes your opponent for having a large bench, and the stadiums assist in a few meta matchups. Most of the trainer set up is fairly standard, though if I could I would like to fit maybe 1 Raihan in the deck. Unlike Chien-Pao, Iridia is less necessary and just mostly aids in getting items and occasionally your evos. Bibarel is here to replace the now rotated out Shady Dealings engine. Energy Search is really good early on for getting energy to discard with Greninja or later on when you just need 1 more to get going. Empoleon V is there to help mostly with the Lost Box matchup. Melony is the VIP of the deck. At any point in the game she is desirable. Super Rod recycles Pokemon and sometimes energy. 

 

My notable victories while testing on live have been against a good chunk of the meta including a very exciting Urshifu Inteleon match, that I won but barely. You could run a 3rd Temple over Lost City if you so desired, but City is important for some rogue matchups.
