What is the point of Lugia V here? It does nothing. 130 damage for 4 energy is absolutely terrible, and using it just to discard cards is also pretty slow.

Octowen Absolutely not. This is a ridiculously fast paced meta , wasting your attack for a discard 1, draw 3 is basically playing at a disadvantage.
