This deck has lots of flaws
I would suggest adding radiant Greninja for draw, adding buddy buddy puffin to get 2 croagunk on turn 1, academy at night for guaranty atleast 1 energy when using hydreigon, 2 counter catcher or boss order, 1 more rare candy and cleffa (with an attack to draw upto 7 cards)
