Use Palossand to instant kill your opponent's basic pokemon. Use Xatu to draw and attach energy, and Porygon-Z to devolve your opponent's pokemon.

Gengar is here for desperate situations. If you need to attack with it, you can, but you can also put it on your bench with it's ability then damage pump damage to Porygon-Z to devolve your opponent again. You mostly should use scoop up net but if you can't then there you go.
