90+% win rate on your first turn going first, but a 68.8% assuming you can't use other cards

Has a 39.9% chance of forcing your opponent to go second (so basically a 89.9% chance of going first assuming your opponent can chose either)

You win immediately if you start with Broken time space + Sobble + Drizzile

How it works - The cycle:

Assuming you have your board set up, this is going to be your sequencing:
1. scoop up net inteleon

2. search your deck for 3 trainers by placing inteleon down (1 for

90+% win rate on your first turn going first, but a 68.8% assuming you can't use other cards

Has a 39.9% chance of forcing your opponent to go second (so basically a 89.9% chance of going first assuming your opponent can chose either)

How it works - The cycle:

Assuming you have your board set up, this is going to be your sequencing:
1. scoop up net inteleon

2. search your deck for 3 trainers by placing inteleon down (1 for drizzile and 2 for inteleon). You are going to search for Scoop up net, Scoop up net, and Lysander's trump card
3. scoop up net your poygon2 and send it back out. This will refresh the ability, allowing you to use Lysander's trump card

4. Scoop up net inteleon to search your deck for Scoop up net, Scoop up net, Vs. Seeker
5. Scoop up net the Shiftry to shuffle their Pokemon back
6. repeat this a few times and you win the game

Consistencies: 

Sableye will allow you to force you going first

Find broken time space and put it into play
This will allow you to set up inteleon, which can set up your whole board
How to set up your whole board with just inteleon:
1. Set up Drizzile
2. Drizzile to get Pokepad for Inteleon
3. Evolve the Inteleon to search for scoop up net
4. Scoop up inteleon to use it again until you have set up your whole board

So every 2 inteleon you scoop up, you can scoop up and use Shiftry once. 

Please do not resign if you do not win on the first turn, you can easily win on the second 

This is because a broken time space is not required for you to evolve drizzile
